1. Appointment is necessary for physical examination and vaccination.
If you need to take the medical examination for studying or stay in Australia, Canada and New Zealand, please call 021-62683085 for telephone appointment. No online appointment is required.
2. Everyone coming to and returning back to Shanghai must take "landing inspection", "three day three inspection" and nucleic acid test on the fifth day after arriving in Shanghai.
In order to cooperate with local epidemic prevention and ensure health quarantine of entry-exit personnel at Shanghai Port, please do not come to our center for the physical examination and vaccination if you have following situations.
(1) Less than 5 days after arriving in Shanghai（Please arrange your trip according to the appointment.）.
(2) Stay in enclosed areas, control areas and high risk areas.
(3) In the period of isolation observation/health monitoring.
(4) Have symptoms of fever and dry cough.
(5) Your roommate has been diagnosed as COVID-19 or asymptomatic infection in the past 14 days.
Please cooperate with the entrance epidemic prevention verification including information registration, epidemiological investigation and temperature measurement.
At the entrance, please show the “Suishen code” or ID card to scan and verify on the digital sentry equipment, or scan the "site code" by APP of Suishenban/wechat/Alipay to complete the verification and information registration. Compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan as well as foreigners are requested to complete the real-name authentication on the Suishenban platform in advance.
3. After the expiration of 5-days isolation period and 3-days community health monitoring period, foreigners should bring the supporting documents for the release of isolation and negative nucleic acid test report on the 8th day of isolation observation period if within one month of entering China, and physical examination reservation for the health examination.
4. Please wear masks without breathing valves throughout the process in our center and keep social distance.
6. In order to reduce the risk of cross infection, accompanying persons are not allowed to enter our center.
7. Please cooperate with the guidance of epidemic prevention staff.
8. If you can't sign in on time after making a successful appointment, please cancel the appointment in time for the next appointment.
